The Cranfills Gap City Hall is located on Main Street in downtown
Cranfills Gap. City Hall's hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00, and
closes the last Wednesday of each month. Volleyballs, botchy balls and
horseshoes can be checked out in the City Hall to be used in the City
Park. City Hall is run by the City
Secretary, Joyce Benzenhoefer.

Located in the same facility as the City Hall is the Cranfills Gap
Community Center. The Community Center is used Monday, Wednesday and
Friday by the community's Seniors for lunch. The Seniors Quilting Group
also uses the Center throughout the month to quilt together. In
addition to the senior activities, the Community Center is used the last
Wednesday of each month by the Cranfills Gap 4-H chapter and the 2nd Thursday of each
month by the Chamber of Commerce.
There is also a book exchange in the
Community Center which is open from 9:00AM- 4:00PM Mon-Fri.
The center is also available for family reunions, class reunions,
weddings, birthday parties and many other events.
The Community Center is available to the public for a charge of $50 with a deposit of $50 that will be refunded when the key is turned in to City Hall. If the property is found to be damaged or unclean, the deposit will not be returned. In addition to the building the rental fee also includes the pavilion beside the building.
